As the owners of Zeiter's Septics I will personally be operating this division of our business. Zeiter's Septics has branched into the Sewer televising profession. Our Sprinter van is equipped with the Envirosight Supervision, DigiSewer crawler cameras and the QuickView zoom for manhole inspections. We have the capability of inspecting 6" lines up to 60". Our Supervision camera is steerable has pan, tilt, zoom, auto focus & can remotely raise as it progresses through the pipe to capture every detail This allows us to see into laterals and get a close up inspection of any problem areas.
Our crawler unit also has a rear view camera that helps us steer around any taps or obstacles that we may have encountered on the way in. This technology helps prevent roll over's. The cameras have built in Sondes, pitch, inclination and roll over sensors. We have 1050 foot of cable that allows us to go much farther at one time at one time then the competition. If flows & conditions allow we can go 2100' from any one manhole. This means lee set up time which allows us to be more productive costing you less.
DigiSewer
Pipe inspectors often spend many hours with a camera crawler stationary while they pan, tilt and rotate a camera to create a videotape recording. Real time fault analysis may require stationary time. In the 4th quarter of 2009 we will be taking delivery of the DigiSewer scanning camera. The DigiSewer 181 inspection system uses rapid sidewall scanning to acquire complete data on pipe wall conditions for later evaluation in an office setting. When scanning is complete, municipal personnel can analyze the scans using freeware viewer, zooming in on areas of interest and making measurements and annotations directly onto the scan. With this new scanning technology once you have scanned and found any deviancies you can come back and run a quick scan through these areas every few years to determine how fast they are deteriorating. This will help the director and administrator adjust there budgets and determine which areas need to be repaired immediately and those that can wait.
